Job description At GTAI Shanghai, the director engages with Chinese authorities and companies to introduce Germany as site for direct investment and advises companies on market entry and establishment of a legal entity.
The Assistant to the Director is involved in tasks in the field of Chinese business establishment in Germany with the opportunity to develop skills in international economic affairs. The exciting work environment provides numerous contacts to German and Chinese companies, authorities and political institutions.
Supporting the Director in work operation including preparation of meetings and conferences
Research on economic information on companies, industries and regions
Preparation of background information of potential investors and investor conferences
Systematic customer relationship management
Introducing Germany as a business location including advisory of Chinese companies regarding the business environment in Germany
Attending of exhibitions and conferences to promote Germany and identify potential Chinese investors
Candidates Both Internationals and local Chinese
Completed university studies with a degree in economics or related field
At least 2 years relevant work experience in the field of international business and general understanding of economic structures in China and Germany
Working proficiency in Chinese and German or English (spoken and written)
Customer and service orientation, event organization
